My name is Vanessa, and I am the founder of Sisters in Recovery. Opening a women’s recovery house has been a lifelong dream of mine — one that was born from my own journey through addiction, healing, and transformation. I’ve been blessed with incredible women who showed me love, support, and hope when I needed it most, and now it’s my turn to give that same love back. Sisters in Recovery is more than a program — it’s a community, a safe space, and a new beginning. My mission is to help women believe in themselves again, just like others once believed in me.

Laurie, the founder of Sisters in Recovery, started this organization from a deeply personal place. As a mother who watched her own daughter walk the difficult road of addiction and recovery, she knows the fear, the hope, and the strength it takes to keep believing in healing. Laurie will never forget the people who stood by her daughter — offering support, guidance, and love when it was needed most. Today, she’s committed to giving that same support to other families. Through Sisters in Recovery, Laurie is on a mission to help other people’s daughters, just like others helped hers.
